Information we collect
- Contact and onboarding information: name, business email, company details, country, billing address, website, project information and messages.
- Subscription and billing records: selected plan, subscription status, invoices, payment status and transaction references.
- Payment data: card and payment credentials are processed by our payment provider. We do not intend to store full card numbers on HM Digital Agency servers.
- Chat and messaging: messages sent through website chat, WhatsApp or support channels.
- Connected business data: information you authorize us to access from websites, CRM, analytics, calendars, email, advertising or automation platforms.
- Technical data: security logs, IP address, browser/device information and similar diagnostics.
How we use information
- Provide, administer and support contracted services.
- Create and manage subscriptions, invoices and account status.
- Configure websites, analytics, CRM and automation workflows.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- Protect our systems, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.

Payment processing
When online payments are activated, payment information will be processed by the payment provider (for example, Stripe) under that provider’s privacy and security terms. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, billing name, country and transaction identifiers.
AI and automation processing
Where an agreed service uses AI or automation, relevant customer-provided content may be sent to approved technology providers solely as needed to deliver the workflow. We configure data flows according to the contracted scope and available provider controls.
Service providers
We may use providers such as hosting platforms, Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, analytics tools, email services, CRM tools, automation platforms and payment processors. They process information under their own terms and our applicable agreements with them.
International processing
Because we serve international customers and use global technology providers, information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take reasonable measures appropriate to the service and applicable law.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Data may be deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Security
